How Do You Feel? emotions activities

This printable fun set includes a full-page poster with 20 feelings-faces, plus 36 printable cards showing these and 16 more!

Hang the poster and ask kids to point out how they’re feeling throughout the day.

Or have them each choose the card that best represents how they are feeling at the beginning of each day or session.  Allow a few volunteers to explain their choices.

Use the cards to increase emotional awareness and vocabulary.  Rename the cards, making up new labels for each face.  Or discuss how a fictional or real character’s emotions changed throughout an ordeal.  Talk about when and why we all feel certain ways.
